Programs
Karate
Karate practice strengthens the mind, develops composure, a clearer thought process, deeper insight into one's mental capabilities, and more self-confidence. Al Sayeh Sport Center offers classes for men and women separately. Women undergo training in full privacy under the expertise of our female instructor.
Yoga
The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. We offer separate classes for men and women in the serene environment of our Swan Hall.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai or Kick boxing can help you become faster, stronger and healthier if practiced on a regular basis. Muay Thai is an extremely effective form of martial arts and great for those who want to lose weight. It’s the go-to activity for people wanting a muscular yet lean physique. We offer separate classes for Adults and Children.
Kendo
Kendo is a modern Japanese martial art, descended from swordsmanship, that uses bamboo swords as well as protective armor.Kendo disciplines the human character through the application of the principles of the katana.The purpose of Kendo is to mold the mind and body and to cultivate a vigorous spirit through correct and structured training.We offer kendo classes at our dojo
